October Travels

Today we are embarking on a couple of trips and activities which will keep us out and about for most of October. First up, our family is going with JAARS to Pennsylvania for this weekend and through the next. We will be participating in a number of outreach and ministry events at airports, churches, and parks. Brad will be giving helicopter rides to the public. The whole family will get to be a part of speaking and engagements throughout the week as well. We're also excited to see family in Pennsylvania while we're up there. Cambria will begin driving up to PA tonight seeing some family and friends along the way, and Brad will fly the helicopter up tomorrow.

We'll come back to North Carolina for just a few days and then travel to Florida. We'll get to speak at church and be a part of their after-school tutoring programs.

Then we'll have to hurry back to North Carolina, so we can help with the annual JAARS Day public even here at JAARS HQ. JAARS Day is a full-on event at our airport with food, aircraft and vehicle demos, airplane and helicopter rides, all meant to engage the local public and share what we do.

We'll also will make our best effort to update our blog regularly over the next 3 weeks, so that you can follow along with what we're up to!
